My personal experience with Yoga has been a blissful love affair for almost 20 years now. I can rely on Yoga . . . Yoga tells me the truth . . . Yoga changes my life for the better moment to moment . . . Yoga teaches me patience . . . Yoga allows me to feel gratitude and wonder throughout my days and nights.

Yoga is about “letting go” so I may be flexible and open to the wonders, joys, & sorrows of this world we share together . . . Yoga is a healthy way to be . . . Yoga is love for my body just the way it is . . . Yoga has taught me to listen mindfully to the wisdom of my body.

Yoga is joyful . . . Yoga makes me dance and sing . . . Yoga makes my life doable . . . A world filled with Yoga makes sense.

“Yoga off the mat” happens all the time . . . I practice it.

Yoga is fascinating & ever changing . . . Yoga is full of wonder.

Yoga has presented me with a village of compassionate like-minded spirited friends and teachers at our beloved Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and in yoga centers nearby . . . Yoga is a celebration of the body-mind-spirit connection.

My Favorite Yoga is “Meditation-in-Motion”
Kripalu Yoga is a “coming home” for me . . . planting my roots so I can reach for the sky . . . Being in community at Kripalu has transformed me again and again !!!

I am honored to be a Kripalu Yoga Teacher . . . And I am in awe of this revered 5,000 year old tradition of Yoga . . . J’ai Bagwain.

Accomplishments: Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. Teaching Gentle Kripalu Yoga to adults and Joyful Yoga to children since 1999.
